Undergraduate Certificate Application

This page describes the purpose and use of the Undergraduate Certificate Application form.

Undergraduate Certificate Application

Undergraduate certificates are intended to provide students with documentation that they have completed a body of coursework or demonstrated proficiency in a set of skills or knowledge that is apart from a complete degree program. Please contact academic departments for information about which certificates they might offer.

Upon paid application and verification that all requirements have been fulfilled from the department offering the certificate, the Registrar's Office will post a University recognized certificate to the student's official transcript. In addition, a printed certificate similar to a diploma will be mailed to the student's permanent address.
