Undergraduate Petition for Academic Calendar Deadline Exception:
The above link will take you to a PDF file containing the Undergraduate Student Petition Form. This form is your petition to request the University to make an exception to an academic deadline for you. This form is NOT for senior petitions. There are instructions on the first page of the form.
Please print the form from your browser and mail it to us with your supporting documentation. You will be billed a $10 non-refundable processing fee on your student account for filing the petition.
